I have a special place in my heart for cheese; from Gouda to Colby, Parmesan or Mozzarella. Cheddar is better, but I would be remiss to leave out Swiss. In my book, if you top something with cheese, you only make it better. It explains why these are my favorite type of appetizer recipes. Here are some appetizer recipes I hope you will try. They are perfect for football Sunday, holidays, parties or a late night snack.
